Carry out care reviews, spot checks and staff supervisions
Support the setup of new care packages and changes to existing ones
Maintain accurate, timely and confidential records
Represent Kensa Health professionally by phone, in person and in writing
Take part in an on call rota, managing out of hours queries and emergencies

What you’ll get

Salary of £26,000 per year plus on call bonus
28 days paid annual leave
Monday to Friday working hours, 9am to 5pm
On call duties on a rota basis, typically every other week including alternate weekends
Structured training, supervision and ongoing support
Leadership development opportunities
Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation

About you

Experience coordinating people, rotas or workloads, ideally in health or social care

Organised, responsive and comfortable managing a busy workload
Calm under pressure with a practical, problem solving approach
Compassionate, professional and people focused
Comfortable using IT systems including rota planning and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes
Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
