The Endoscopy team are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a committed Nurse to work on the specialised Endoscopy Unit (22.5 hrs fixed for 12 months and 37.5 hrs permanent posts available). Previous endoscopy experience is not essential, as we can provide full training and support to the successful candidate.

Endoscopy is a demanding environment, constantly modernising to deliver high quality services within current healthcare demands, however in return it does provide an exciting opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.

The unit is open Mon – Fri 8am – 8pm. Sat – Sun 8-6pm, and supports On-Call cover.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role you will:
Ensure a high standard of care for patients undergoing procedures
Work with medical staff and other members of the health care team to ensure that treatments are carried out within agreed policies.
Maintain accurate records of observation, treatment and patient care.
To provide supervision to members of the team
