Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a professional and reliable Supply Teacher to join a leading specialist SEN school in the Redbridge area. This is an ongoing assignment offering a competitive daily rate depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons and support student learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Ensure all students are engaged and following the planned curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Support students with additional needs where required.
Requirements:
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience or interest in working with SEN students is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
Vetting & Safeguarding:
• An enhanced DBS check is required prior to starting.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
