Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - 36-Hour Week

The Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be the technical face of the contract, ensuring that commercial office environments stay operational and compliant. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Electrical Specialist Tasks: Carrying out PPMs and reactive repairs on lighting, power, and emergency systems.

  • Mechanical Support: Utilizing your plumbing skills to manage minor leaks, pipework, and water hygiene tasks.

  • Compliance: Ensuring all works meet statutory safety standards and SFG20 guidelines.

  • Client Interaction: Working closely with building managers to provide updates and technical advice.

What You Need to Apply

To be successful in this role, you must hold the following:

  1. Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent).

  2. Plumbing Qualification or proven competence in commercial plumbing maintenance.
