We are looking for a Team Support Administrator who will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service across a range of activities within our Housing team, whilst providing that same high-quality service to our tenants and colleagues.

Cadarn Housing Group is the parent of the Group and provides oversight and support services role. Newydd Housing Association is a charitable housing association, that offers nearly 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas. Cadwyn Housing Association owns and manages 3,000 homes for affordable rent and low-cost home ownership as well as a range of community regeneration initiatives.
About the role
The Team Support Administrator will provide a high-quality administrative service to the housing team including responsibilities in the areas of Lettings, Void Management, and Service charges. The post holder will provide appropriate service specific KPI’s within a performance management framework that delivers and supports Value for Money, Group values, and drives continuous tenant satisfaction. Promote and maintain excellent inter departmental and customer relationships, always adopting a customer focused approach and to support the team in the development of the service.
About you
This is a varied and challenging role and you must be able to multitask and prioritise work as well as have the confidence to work on your own initiative to problem solve and make decisions. Educated to GCSE standard, with experience of providing an admin service in a busy office environment and of setting up and administering admin information and performance monitoring systems.
The most important thing we are looking for is an experienced administrator with a can-do attitude. Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and the ability to be flexible and innovative is also important to us.
