The Role
We are seeking a confident Telesales Representative to join our onsite team in Telford. You will make outbound sales calls, promote our products and services, and help grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound cold calls to potential customers
Explaining products and services and answering questions
Overcoming objections and qualifying leads
Processing orders and upselling where appropriate
Updating CRM records and working towards sales targets
Requirements
Previous telesales or similar sales experience
Confident, target-driven communicator
Telecommunications experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary above NMW/NLW (age dependent)
Part-time role with potential for full-time progression
