As a Housing Host in our Lilleshall team, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests staying at the main house, ensuring they enjoy exceptional service and comfort during their visit.
This role is all about making a positive impact on our guests’ stay. You’ll help deliver a seamless check-in process and provide attentive dining service, contributing to an environment where every guest feels valued and cared for.

What you’ll do as a Housing Host

You’ll be entrusted to:

- Welcome and check in guests at the main house reception desk
- Host and serve evening dining service for up to 29 rooms from a pre-selected menu
- Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries
- Ensure dining areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service
