What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted learning interventions as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost academic and personal development
• Supporting autistic, SEMH, and/or disadvantaged students to thrive
• Collaborating daily with Teachers, SENCO, and Educational Psychologists
• Assisting in the design and delivery of creative, personalised learning plans
• Engaging in diagnostic assessment and regular progress tracking
