What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering 1:1 and group support to students with diverse SEND needs
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to craft inclusive learning strategies
• Supporting classroom routines to maximise participation and engagement
• Assisting in the implementation of evidence-based interventions
• Recording progress and helping shape Education Health Care Plans
• Championing positive behaviour and well-being throughout the school day
