Summary

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for administration and support? We are seeking a dedicated Group Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Location: Remote/Hybrid (occasional travel to care home locations)

Hours: 24 hours per week

Pay: £35,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Shift: Days

Driving Licence essential


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the Head of Business Administration with the implementation of new administration methods and digital systems.
  • Assist the management team with recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to the Business Administration Managers across Oakland Care’s portfolio of homes.
  • Assist with the training and induction of new administration team members.

What You Need:

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in office administration.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a commitment to meeting the needs of the service.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
