Moss Lane School wish to appoint a Midday Supervisor to work in our school starting in February 2026. Fixed Term contract until August 2026. Working hours are 11.15am - 1.15pm Monday to Friday term time only. The role of midday supervisor is an important one and will ensure that children are eating in a safe and friendly environment. Applications are invited from people who enjoy working with children, and who are also patient, calm, fun and kind individuals. It is the duty of the Midday Supervisor to set out the lunch tables and benches and to help serve, monitor and supervise the pupils during their lunchtime session in accordance with the aims and values of the school and ensure children have a positive lunchtime. Please refer to the job description attached. We are looking for someone who: • Understands the importance of pupil safety and well-being • Be hardworking and committed • Will assist in making the lunch period both safe and enjoyable • Be able to make sound decisions •Have a good sense of humour and team spirit.
