Crynodeb
Following a period of sustained success, a leading provider in the Children's Residential sector is branching out. We are now immediately seeking a full-time Responsible Individual to spearhead this new company expansion. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role for a professional who thrives on growth and Quality Assurance.
The Role:
*** Provide strategic oversight for new and existing registrations
*** Work as a key member of the Senior Management Team to ensure that the new company aligns with the highest Quality Standards
***Act as the primary point of contact for Ofsted
*** Mentor and develop Registered Managers to achieve "Good" and "Outstanding" outcomes
You'll need extensive experience as an RI and Registered Manager with a history of successful Ofsted inspections. You should at minimum already hold your Level 5 qualification. You'll need comprehensive knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations 2015 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) and you'll need to be proactive, strategic and capable of managing the pressures of a new business launch.
This is a full-time hybrid role and we welcome applications from anyone who is currently in a senior management role within the Children's Social Care sector.
