Inspirations is looking for an experienced Operations Manager/Responsible Individual to oversee our Good and Outstanding Ofsted-rated children’s homes across Leicestershire and North Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Operations Team and help ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes for young people.
The Role
As Responsible Individual, you will act on behalf of the organisation to ensure our homes meet all Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Working closely with Registered Managers, you will support strong leadership, oversee quality assurance, and ensure homes continue to deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the leadership and management of children’s homes
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement
Support safeguarding and care planning for young people
Work closely with Registered Managers and operational teams
About You
You will have:
Experience in children’s residential care
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and looked-after children
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
