We're seeking enthusiastic SEN Teachers to join our network and work with exceptional partner schools across Norfolk. With opportunities available immediately and for January 2026, you'll gain early access to some of the most exciting SEN teaching roles in the region.

Roles Include:

As an SEN Teacher, you will lead inclusive, creative, and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of learners aged 4 - 11 or 11 - 16. Whether you have a background in mainstream or specialist settings, we welcome your experience and passion for inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons for students with SEN and/or SEMH

Teach small groups (up to 10 pupils), with the support of three skilled classroom staff

Adapt your teaching to suit individual EHCPs, learning styles, and needs

Guide and mentor support staff (TAs and HLTA) within the classroom

Collaborate with therapists, pastoral leads, and senior leaders to ensure holistic student progress

Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and equality in every session

Track and report on both academic achievement and social-emotional development

What You'll Need:

QTS or QTLS (applications from ECTs warmly welcomed)

A keen interest in SEN/SEMH education - prior experience preferred but not essential

Confidence in adapting lesson content for learners with autism, dyslexia, anxiety, ADHD, or complex needs

A flexible, resilient, and nurturing teaching style

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (many schools are in rural areas)
