Financial Planner - Private Client Advice

This is not a sales role it's to provide ongoing financial advice to existing, as well as prospective clients covering a broad range of financial planning topics.

What You'll Do As Financial Planner/Advisor:

  • Provide regulated financial advice to existing and prospective clients across a wide range of topics:
  • Pensions & Retirement Planning - contributions, carry forward, LTA planning, drawdown strategies
  • Inheritance Tax & Estate Planning - including trust planning
  • Tax-efficient cash flow strategies using cash-flow analysis
  • Investment optimisation - reviewing wrappers and tax efficiency
Deliver advice via phone, email, and in writing, with opportunities for face-to-face meetings as you progress Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, high-quality client outcomes

As Financial Planner/Financial Advisor you will need:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a client-facing role
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning / Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
  • Level 6 / Chartered status (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, IHT planning, and current legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complexity under strict timelines
  • Highly organised with effective diary management
