Summary
Maintenance Person
Are you looking for a new challenge in a beautiful setting on the outskirts of Reading. We are looking for an experienced and motivated maintenance worker to join the skilled team, where no two days are the same. The candidate should be familiar with general maintenance procedures, have good knowledge and skill and be familiar with using tools. This position will include a wide range of property repair and maintenance skills from day-to-day repairs and general decoration to much larger renovations at many of our properties on the estate.
The successful candidate will be required to work on their own at time and sometimes as part of the team to ensure that each job is completed to a high standard and within a given timescale. A company vehicle for travel between properties will be provided as well as a range of tools.
Due to the location of role you will be required to have your own transport.
Start times will be from 8.30am. to 4.30pm with an hour for lunch, Monday to Fridays.
Salary dependant on experience.
