Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you have the leadership skills and housing expertise to ensure homelessness is rare, brief and non‑recurring? Can you demonstrate a balance of compassion, empathy and robust judgement to navigate the complexities of delivering on the resettlement agenda? If so, we want you to join our team as Strategic Lead - Supporting Communities.

This is a key role in a forward‑thinking council that punches above its weight and continues to deliver for its communities despite increasing financial pressures. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, lead through complexity and wear multiple hats - all while staying grounded in humanity. The right person will be able to innovate and drive improvement, make tough decisions when needed, and still hold on to the compassion and empathy that sit at the heart of excellent community leadership.
