What You’ll Do:
As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our person-centred care. Your role will include:
• Assisting with personal care, meals, and household tasks
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and well-being
• Supporting community involvement and activities
• Following personalised care plans and behaviour strategies
• Helping with medication and accurate record-keeping
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Proactive, empathetic, and person-centred approach
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins and lone working
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Eligible to work in the UK
