Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restoration Technicians and Senior Restoration Technicians to join our new team. This role involves restoring properties affected by water, fire, mould, or other damage, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients. This is a hands on role for a skilled technician who can lead by example on site while delivering high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and customer care.

Duties
Assessing damage to properties and determining appropriate restoration procedures, carry out strip-out works including walls, floors, ceilings, and fittings
Using hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, or insulation
Perform water extraction and uplift saturated carpets and flooring
Cleaning and sanitising affected areas to prevent mould growth and ensure hygiene standards are met using commercial cleaning chemicals
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and use of PPE/RPE
Complete job reports and paperwork using tablet-based systems
Assisting with demolition tasks and preparing sites for reconstruction or repair work
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, serviced, and fully equipped
Documenting work progress and communicating with team members and clients effectively
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
Experience
Experienced in restoration or a similar technical field
Safety conscious with high standards of workmanship
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments
Customer focused with strong communication skills
Good physical fitness, with the capacity to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks over extended periods
