We specialise in fire and flood restoration, including internal and external cleaning, smoke and water damage restoration, media blasting, DOFF steam cleaning, and high-level cleaning. Our team prides itself on quality, professionalism, and customer care.

We are now recruiting a Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join our growing team.

Role Overview -
As a Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality restoration services to customers affected by fire, flood, or accidental damage. You will represent the business on-site, carrying out assessments, restoration activities, and cleaning tasks while providing excellent customer service.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and supporting customers during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend all allocated jobs using our on-site job scoping app or manual job sheets.
• Complete all reports, documentation, and job records to company standards and within required timeframes.
• Provide effective restoration solutions for water, fire, and accidental damage in both domestic and commercial environments.
• Build strong and positive relationships with customers, maintaining a can-do attitude and high levels of service.
• Ensure all company equipment and services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and safely.
• Follow instructions from the admin team and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Use on-site scoping software and video equipment as part of documentation and reporting.
• Conduct moisture surveys, recommending and implementing appropriate drying techniques.
• Carry out fire cleaning, deodorising, and specialist cleaning tasks.
• Pack, list, and remove contents to designated storage locations with care.
• Maintain safe, tidy working areas and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean, organised, and maintained to statutory and manufacturer standards.
• Represent the brand positively through appearance, behaviour, and professionalism.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota and work away from home when required.
• Engage in ongoing personal development and training (provided), including some self-directed learning.
• Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve efficiency, quality, or profitability of operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience -

Essential
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
• Enthusiastic, co-operative, and reliable with a strong can-do attitude
• Good communication skills and professional telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, concise reports
• Good general health and physical capability for manual tasks
• Punctuality and good time-keeping
• Comfortable working at height
• Neat, tidy, and professional appearance
• Strong soft skills and customer-facing confidence

Desirable (but not essential – training can be provided)
• Fire and flood restoration experience
• BDMA accreditation
• IPAF / PASMA certifications
• Media blasting experience
• First Aid qualification
• Cleaning or construction-related experience
• Towing licence

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available
