Are you an experienced and confident Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role?We are working closely with a welcoming primary school that is seeking a dedicated KS1 & KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and helping them reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils through:
- Small group interventions
- Focused study groups
- 1:1 support where required
- Providing classroom support alongside the class teacher
- Helping to raise attainment across core subjects
The school is seeking someone who can hit the ground running, build rapport quickly, and bring confidence to both classroom and intervention work.
What you'll need to succeed
✔ Confident delivering small group interventions
✔ Strong communication and relationship building skills
✔ Ability to adapt and support a range of learning needs
✔ Someone proactive, positive, and reliable
✔ Available to start immediately
✔ Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
✔ Full right to work in the UK
