This is a Bank Support Worker role, so hours and days of work will be variable. The role is based in Ipswich and surrounding areas, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

Due to the specific needs and preferences of the individuals we support, this role is open to female applicants only. This is a genuine occupational requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010.


This role is ideal for someone looking to work around another job, education, or other commitments, with opportunities for contracted hours also available.

All training is delivered in person. Our bespoke training must be completed before you are cleared to work.

Once training and checks are complete, we’ll guide you through induction and introduce you to the Ocala way of delivering exceptional care.
