Responsibilities
Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including quantities produced and any incidents.
Assist in the training of new team members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Implement and adhere to relevant health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or operational role, preferably at a similar level.
Strong understanding of production processes and principles.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
