The team values professionalism, accountability, and strong partnership working with contractors, consultants, and residents.

The Role

This role requires strong leadership, contract management expertise, and the ability to drive high‑quality delivery across multiple workstreams. You will oversee internal teams, technical consultants, and contractors to ensure value for money, programme compliance, and successful outcomes for residents.

Maintain strict budgetary control, escalating any issues promptly to senior stakeholders.

Oversee post‑inspection processes and ensure accurate, compliant contractor payments.

Prepare accurate end‑of‑year accounts, final accounts and budget information in a timely manner.

Lead effective tenant consultation, ensuring residents are informed, supported and engaged throughout works programmes, including attendance at meetings outside normal office hours.

Ensure stock condition data is updated to reflect completed works and support decency assessments.
