Crynodeb
Two part time Scheme Support Officers (20 & 32 hours) in a Rough Sleepers Provision in Bridgend. Based on a 4-week rolling rota, one role will be required to work waking night shifts, with the other varying between days, evenings & sleep-ins.

About the role
This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Rough Sleepers Provision, Kerrigan Project, Bridgend. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, Lead Project Workers, Project Workers and, Accommodation Coordinator providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
Working within the project, it provides support and accommodation for 9 people. You will provide support to people who may have complex needs, a combination of substance misuse, offending and mental ill-health. You will provide housing related support to improve mental and emotional health, reduce re-offending, access sustainable housing. The aim is to develop life skills and maintain independence within the community.
Skills and Experience Needed
Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.

Pay and Pensions -
£24,531.00 FTE (£12.75 per hour)
Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift
Pension Choices:
Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or,
Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.
