Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Conduct a wide range of cosmetic repairs, including stripping, refurbishing, and refitting vehicle components
- Complete all aspects of SMART repair to manufacturer standards, maintaining quality and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians to meet team goals
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including the full use of PPE
- Ensure attention to detail and high-quality workmanship on every vehicle
- Maintain awareness of manufacturer repair methods and specifications
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement
