Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Admin Assistant for a 1‑month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience using SAP, particularly for purchase order processing. You will provide essential support to the team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders using SAP.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for procurement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks to support business needs.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience with SAP, particularly in purchase order creation and management.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively with part‑time hours.
