Crynodeb
You will be a qualified GPhC Pharmacist with experience of working in secondary care. You will haveoperatedat a senior management level (typically NHS Band 8ab or above) and will bring extensive knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medicines governance and associated legal frameworks. Experience in pharmacy compliance, auditing,PGDmanagement,electronicprescribingsystemsandpolicy development is essential. Knowledge of ophthalmology is desirable, as is experience in project management. To succeed in the role, you will need strongstakeholdermanagementcapabilities, the ability to coach others effectively and the confidence to challenge whereappropriateand navigate complex or difficult discussions. Attention to detail and a commitment tohigh standardsof practice will be key to your success.
