About the Company
Our client is a well-established contractor specialising in the social housing sector, delivering void works, planned maintenance, and property refurbishments across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and versatile Plasterer to join their friendly, professional team.
The Role
You will carry out a variety of plastering, dry lining and damp proofing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent service at every stage.
Main responsibilities include:
• Completing a range of tasks including plastering, drylining, damp proofing
• Communicating effectively with tenants, clients, and colleagues
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a similar plastering or property maintenance role
• Strong skills in Plastering, we are also looking for multi skilled tradesmen but it is essential that they can plaster
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• A full UK driving licence is essential
Hours of Work
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Overtime available at enhanced rates
