Summary
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
• Brick work repairs / rebuilding
• Paving / pothole repairs
• External joinery, fences, gates and decking
• Internal joinery, wood work repairs / none fire rated doors
• Wall and floor tile repairs
• Plaster repairs
• Minor plumbing repairs, leaking taps etc
Skills required.
• Good general knowledge of building maintenance required
• Joinery
• Basic plumbing
• Minor decoration
• Must be good using hand held tools / power tolls
Essential skills:
• Use of mobile phone apps. (Training will be provided)
• Must be able to drive
Qualifications required
• Trade Certificates / NVQ / City & Guild Qualifications
• CSCS card

we provides planned and reactive maintenance services for some of the largest companies in the hospitality sector in the North West.
Standard Working Requirements
• Working Days: 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday
• Out of Hours On Call Rota - currently 1 in 7 weeks
• Salary : TBC – based on experience
