About the Role
WF Tech is proud to partner with a leading precision engineering company in the aerospace sector. We are currently seeking a Project Expeditor to join their dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials, components, and documentation that support critical aerospace engineering and manufacturing projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical expertise in aerospace standards, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Expediting & Monitoring
• Track supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time project completion.
• Monitor milestones, escalate delays when needed, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
Coordination & Communication
• Act as the central liaison between operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Facilitate meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication across teams to resolve any project-related issues.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of supplier data, change orders, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards.
Risk Management
• Identify potential project delays and risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Assist with supplier evaluations and manage payment tracking.
About You
You are an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a background in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain management, ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing industries. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and are adept at problem-solving to keep projects on track.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Project, Word).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
• Standard Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Thursday), 08:00 – 14:00 (Friday)
