Full Time 37.5 hrs per week, will include occasional evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays to be worked at the John Hewitt Suite at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Pendle House in Nelson and Daisyfield Mill, there may be a requirement to work at other sites.

The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Team Administrator to join our Urgent Care Service on a full-time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service. As the role is agile the post holder will also be required to provide support to the inpatient wards, Home Treatment Team and Mental Health Liaison Team.

We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages, be able to live type or willing to train and possess a good telephone manner.

The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality administrative service.

The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer and administrative procedures applicable to this role. The post holder will need to be a team player with strong communication skills.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service and coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.

The post holder will not be aligned to a specific clinical team but is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to other teams on various sites as directed by the Team Leader in liaison with Locality Admin Co-ordinator to ensure continuity of a quality service.
