An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic highly motivated Receptionist to join our dental team at our Blackburn Clinic within the Lancashire and South Cumbria Dental Service.
We provide a number of services including Special care, Urgent care and Paediatric dentistry. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, initiative, drive and the ability to work within a team.
The post will also be required to work across Central, East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen, to assist in the excellent delivery of Dental Care. You should also have effective interpersonal skills enabling you to communicate with people at all levels, face to face and over the telephone. The base for this post will be at Barbara Castle Way Health Centre, however we also work closely with the team at Darwen Health Centre and Royal Blackburn Hospital.
To efficiently assist with the daily running of dental treatment services for the Lancashire Care Dental Service. This will include all aspects of booking appointments, dealing with telephone and counter enquiries from the public, other health care professionals and other dentists. To undertake various clerical duties including providing clerical assistance to clinicians and senior staff.
