We have an exciting new opportunity for a reliable and practical School Caretaker to support the day-to-day running of a secondary school site.
Duties will include general site maintenance, basic repairs, opening and closing the premises, health and safety checks, and carrying out cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to site safety and cleanliness.
Key requirements:
Previous caretaking, facilities or cleaning experience
Enhanced DBS (child workforce)
Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
Basic health and safety awareness
Good timekeeping and reliability
