Summary

The position is for 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, term time only and will be a permanent contract for the successful candidate. Shortlisting will take place that afternoon, with the view to interview on Monday 23rd March 2026.Key Responsibilities:Oversee general office management and reception duties, ensuring a positive, friendly and efficient front of housePromote, oversee and manage attendance, ensuring strong links with families to maintain high attendance rates for the school.Manage the admissions process, supporting families and ensuring compliance with school policies and processesTake responsibility for the pupil and school census and data accuracyLead on schools’ Management Information System (MIS), Arbor, including the setup and organisation of pupil data, lunches, clubs, events, trips, and parent payments etcDeliver a wide range of administrative, clerical, and financial tasks to support school operationsEnsure there is seamless communication between all stakeholders to ensure the successful day to day running of the schoolBe accessible to parents and the community when required to continue to support and grow parent and community relationships.
