Participate actively in all training and development activities to build knowledge andpractical skills in medical bed maintenance and engineering.Learn how to safely install, maintain, and repair hospital beds and other patienthandling equipment under supervision.Develop understanding of relevant regulations, including HTMs (Health Technical Memorandums), particularly HTM 01-01 (Decontamination) and HTM 06-03(Electrical Systems).Assist in the servicing, testing, and repair of medical beds, trolleys, and associated equipment.Learn how to perform basic fault-finding and diagnostics under guidance from experienced engineers.Support the safe and accurate calibration of test equipment used for inspections and servicing.
