Title: Pre-Sales Coordinator

Contract Type: Full Time, 35 hours a week, fixed term contract until April 2027

Salary: Starting from £32, 007 - £35,388 (London weighted salary) or £27,984 - £30, 914 (Outside London)

Grade: 5

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Closing Date: 30th January 2026 at 11pm

Interview Dates: 10th February and 12th February 2026. Please note that in person interviews will be held for at least one of the interview stages for this role.

Join our Market and Customer Intelligence Team at L&Q:


This is an exciting opportunity to join our Market and Customer Intelligence team as a Pre-Sales Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in embedding customer feedback and market insights into the design and specification of new schemes.


You’ll conduct market research, analyse competitor offerings, and work with internal teams and external partners to ensure our homes are competitive, compliant, and meet customer needs. Reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager, you’ll support smooth scheme launches and help deliver a consistent, customer-focused approach across our pipeline.

Your impact in the role:


As a Pre-Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our homes and ensuring they meet customer expectations. You’ll:


Analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform design and specification improvements.
Support scheme set-up by maintaining accurate documentation and compliance checks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver competitive, customer-focused schemes.
Help drive continuous improvement and support smooth, compliant launches.


What you'll bring:

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience in the new build residential sales market or a similar property sector.
Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A collaborative approach and attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy.
