About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a demanding, fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of a diverse range of events.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage event enquiries and provide advice on space suitability, services provided and events T&Cs

-Coordinate all logistics including room setup, AV, catering, guest lists and special requirements

-Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure event requirements are understood and delivered accurately

-Conduct pre-event checks and on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs to schedule

-Maintain accurate records of event details, changes and outcomes

-Identify and manage potential risks or issues, resolving them quickly and professionally

-Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health & safety and building protocols

-Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, even under pressure

-Support the development and implementation of new processes and structures for the team

Required Skills & Experience

-Previous experience in events coordination, hospitality or corporate services (essential)

-Great organisational and time management skills

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Professional, calm and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders

-High level of attention to detail and accuracy

-Strong problem-solving ability and initiative

-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and event management systems (or ability to learn quickly)
