Are you an experienced Social Worker and Approved Mental Health Professional looking for a role where you feel valued, supported, and part of an exceptional team?

Our Adults with Learning Disabilities Team is passionate about making a difference. We work with adults to promote independence, dignity, and person-centred outcomes. We’re now seeking a Senior Social Worker (AMHP) to join our welcoming, collaborative team.

Why join us?

Supportive and Experienced Team: You’ll work alongside skilled colleagues who provide peer support and share knowledge every day.
Daily Huddles: Start each morning with a team huddle to plan duty, problem-solve cases, and ensure no one feels alone with complex decisions.
Caring and Nurturing Culture: We value each other and celebrate successes. Your wellbeing matters to us.
Person-Centred Practice: Everything we do is focused on the individual – their voice, their rights, their goals.
Diverse team of people: from different backgrounds and with different skills
Teamwork at its Best: We believe collaboration is key. You’ll never feel isolated in your role.
When asked to describe the culture of the team, our members said it is “energetic”, “supportive”, “welcoming”, “diverse”, “good humoured” and “feels safe”
