The Role
As Senior Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to a busy Financial Planning team. You'll ensure processes run smoothly, client data is maintained accurately, and service delivery meets the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the full client lifecycle within Financial Planning.
- Manage new business onboarding, client updates, amendments, and ongoing servicing.
- Support fee processing, revenue monitoring and accurate reporting.
- Maintain strong data quality controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.
- Support and mentor colleagues as needed, contributing to a culture of learning and high performance.
