Summary
Berkshire Healthcare is seeking an organised and motivated person for a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist role in East Berkshire.
Be part of our dynamic and exciting band 5 Physiotherapy rotation. Working in a community setting is incredibly rewarding getting the chance to help people stay in their local community and achieve their potential. We offer excellent In-service training, including one to one clinical development on each rotation participating in a robust teaching programme. Alongside this you will receive peer and management support as well as other development opportunities.
Develop your skills in clinic setting, including working with specialist frailty practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to proactively support patients facing frailty in an outpatient setting. Fine tune your rehabilitation and MDT working skills on the wards with the Inpatient team and follow on to community rehabilitation rotations where you can progress your knowledge of what it takes to keep patients independent at home and avoiding them being admitted to hospital.
• You will enhance your clinical and managerial skills with support from local teams
• You will participate in extensive in-service training and developmental programmes to enhance your skills
• You will work within our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective care for our patients

The “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
• To work as a rotational physiotherapy practitioner to provide a high quality, responsive physiotherapy service within the community, inpatients or outpatients departments across East Berkshire
• To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and caseload management
• To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working with appropriate supervision
