Are you an enthusiastic andorganisedphysiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal care? This is a one year Fixed Term contract to cover maternity leave.
We receive a diverse range of referrals from GP surgeries, First Contact Practitioners (FCPs), Orthopaedic clinics, the Triage and Assessment Service (TAS), as well as from our Specialist Spinal Service (IPASS) and Community Specialist Service (CSS) and self-referrals. You’ll be part of a supportive and skilled team, working alongside colleagues from bands 3 to 7, with access to Band 7 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists for supervision, in-service training, and development opportunities. You’ll also benefit from strong links with Advanced Practice Physiotherapists.

• To work as a senior physiotherapy practitioner to provide a high quality, responsive outpatient physiotherapy service for adults & children with musculoskeletal & orthopaedic conditions
• To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and caseload management
• To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working without direct supervision.
• To be involved in supervision and education of band 5 physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants, work experience students and physiotherapy students.
• To be proactively involved in service development and quality improvement
