  • Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Open‑minded, enthusiastic, and excited by the opportunity to help develop a new service model.
  • Experience in training and developing junior staff, nurturing growth and capability.

    Personal Qualities

    • Compassionate, empathetic, and resident‑focused.
    • Motivated by social value and giving back to the community.
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
    • Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a service that’s evolving and expanding.

      • Be part of a ground breaking wellbeing initiative for older adults.
      • Enjoy the flexibility of a home‑based role with national impact.
      • Work within a supportive, forward‑thinking organisation committed to quality and innovation.
