Part Time Customer Service Advisor

Location: Tamworth
Pay: £13.68 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week | Flexible shifts

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the soft drinks industry.

This role involves managing inbound and outbound customer service calls relating to equipment breakdowns, parts orders, and customer enquiries. The aim of the role is to maximise first line resolution, helping reduce operational costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls

  • Managing enquiries relating to equipment breakdowns, parts orders, and complaints

  • Ensuring first line resolution wherever possible

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication at all times

Working Hours
  • 16 hours per week.

  • Weekday shifts between 16:00 - 20:00.

  • Weekend shifts between:

    • Saturday: 08:00 - 20:00 (8 hour shift within this period)

    • Sunday: 09:00 - 17:00

Example week:

  • Monday: 16:00 - 20:00

  • Thursday: 16:00 - 20:00

  • Saturday: 12:00 - 20:00

Shift patterns change weekly, so candidates must be flexible.

Pay

£13.68 per hour
