Corporate Grader OCT, Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (DESP) Location: Remote with occasional travel - occasional travel to the local programme office where appropriate. Join our national Diabetic Eye Screening Programme (DESP) team and help improve early diagnosis and patient outcomes across the UK. InHealth supports more than 5 million patients every year, delivering high-quality screening and data solutions in partnership with NHS organisations. In addition to the advertised salary, the role includes a £3000 bolt on annual payment for advanced grading. The Role As a Corporate Retinal Grader, youll be part of our central grading team, delivering accurate, high-quality diabetic retinal grading across all programmes. Your work will support clinical decision-making and ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. What Youll Do Provide first, second, arbitration, ROG and OCT grading following NDESP guidance Complete relevant units of the Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners and monthly EQA tests Become an expert user of Spectra Maintain excellent data security and follow all grading protocols Participate in competency assessments and continuous improvement Communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to MDT meetings What Youll Bring Completed Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Diploma or Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners Fully signed-off to grade at all levels, including OCT Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods A professional, calm and empathetic approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good IT skills and understanding of data protection Why Join Us?
