Summary
We are seeking a Programme Performance Lead to support the Major Works Programme at one of our clients in Helensburgh. You will manage programme performance, oversee financial governance, and ensure milestones and baselines are met for infrastructure services. This is a temporary, high-impact role within the UK defense industry, until June 2026.
What you will need
- SC security clearance and sole UK national status since birth.
- Proven experience in programme management, governance, and performance oversight.
- Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
