Crynodeb
We are looking for a 1:1 Early Years Support Worker to support a four year old boy with additional needs at our setting in the Shirley area.
Three or four extended morning per week. Possibly term time only
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Hours: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
This post is from now until the end of July this year but may lead to a permanent position in our nursery.
Starting February 2026, we are looking for a flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
You would need to have experience working within SEND; specific experience with autism would be ideal.
Additional skills you would need...
• A patient and caring nature
• Good communication skills
• A good sense of humour
• The ability to work well within a team
• The ability to stay calm in an emergency
Please Note: The job can involve a lot of standing and bending both inside the nursery and may also include outdoors in the play areas in cold weather. (The children at our setting play outside every day in all weathers)
