helping them to reach their full potential.
Job Overview
The Nursery Nurse role is to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery
Ensure appropriate planning and assessment is accurately maintained in line with the EYFS requirements
Establish and maintain professional positive working relationships with both colleagues, parents and carers as well as other external professionals which include Ofsted
Follow safeguarding procedures
Proactively promote the nursery to current and potential parents
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery
Must be qualified Level 2 / Level 3 or above
Have a clear enhanced DBS check
Two satisfactory references
