What you’ll do:
• Carry out holistic assessments and create individual care plans
• Deliver nursing interventions such as wound care, injections and medication management
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and follow professional standards
• Support service improvements and mentor students or junior staff
What we’re looking for:
• Registered Nurse (or working towards registration) with a caring, professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
• A flexible attitude to meet patient needs
