Join Our Team as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse – West Locality

We’re looking for dynamic, forward‑thinkingBand 5 Community Staff Nursesto join our West locality Community Nursing Team within the Integrated Nursing and Conditions Services atCHCP CIC. We currently have afull‑time positionavailable.

As part of our integrated community nursing team, you’ll deliver high‑quality, holistic care to people in their own homes, helping them stay well, safe, and supported in their community.

About you:
• Passionate about providing excellent community‑based nursing care
• Ready to work flexibly and independently as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Community nursing experience is helpful, but not essential—we’ll support your development
• Able to travel across the locality with access to suitable transport
